Kids Promise Announces Charity Home #43

We recently celebrated the completion of Charity Home #43, which was donated to the family of Mr. Dang Van Si and Ms. Ho Thi Hang in Tien Giang province, Vietnam. In addition to the parents and a child still living at home, the household includes Mr. Si’s father.

Ms. Hang is currently battling cancer, and so Mr. Si is the only income earner for the family. Already in medical debt, Mr. Si doesn’t make enough money to repair the home or fully support everyone. Kids Promise is grateful for the donations from friends in the U.S. and from Ms. Ha Phuong in Vietnam. Without their support, homes like this one would not be possible.

The family has received a new home, a dining room table, chairs, fan, and a student desk. This home will be a source of motivation for the son to continue studying and to comfort Ms. Hang as she overcomes her illness.
